7 Year Old Wins ASPCA Award for Rescuing More Than 1,300 Dogs from High Kill Shelters

Everybody knows that almost every child loves animals. While some wish that they can have every puppy or kitten in the world, one 7 year old is being recognized by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) for making a real change for animals in need. Roman McConn of Augusta, Georgia, has assisted in saving over 1.300 dogs since deciding to dedicate himself to the cause at 4 years old.
